- ThreeD_path is a customized macro compliant with IGOR Pro (Wavemetrics) & MATLAB (MathWorks?)
- It helps reconstruction of 3-D paths from tri-axis magnetisms, tri-axis accelerations, swimming speed and depth data, based on algorithm introduced by Johnson & Tyack (2003).
